Sunday to Thursday – $300 per night
Friday and Saturday – $500 per night

The rates are a flat fee. It does not change depending on the number of attendees.

Please Note
A $300 deposit and a completed contract are required to secure your dates.
The remaining balance must be paid 45 days before the reservation date.

There is ample parking available on the east side of the house. However, according to county regulations, parking on the highway is not permitted.

The front (south) door provides a zero-step entrance. There is a cart at the front door entrance if needed. Everything is on the main level except for the living area, one step down from the dining area and one stair up into the event rooms and bedrooms.

The event room is ideal for sewing and crafting. It has LED lighting throughout, 2 cutting areas with mats, 2 iron stations with 2 irons (provided), and 10 tables. Once you are in the event room, there are no stairs from the event room to the bathroom to the bedrooms.

Check-in time is 9:00 AM
Check-out time is 1:00 PM

We can accommodate flexibility if these times do not suit your needs, but it must be preapproved.
Please note that any adjustments do not affect pricing.

You’ll find one refrigerator in the kitchen, an additional refrigerator in the pantry, and a freezer. The pantry is situated near the West door.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes:

  • Oven
  • Microwave
  • Countertop stove
  • Dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and glasses
  • Dishwasher

If you prefer not to wash dishes, remember to bring disposable items.

Small appliances available for your use:

  • Coffee Pot
  • Crock Pot (an additional one with three crocks in one can be found in the pantry)
  • Hand mixer
  • Blender
  • Belgian Waffle Iron (please bring your favorite ingredients or mix)
  • Belgian Waffle Bowl Iron
  • Popcorn Machine (I recommend pre-packaged Great Northern Popcorn from Amazon for optimal results)
  • Margarita Machine (not only great for margaritas but also for any non-alcoholic drinks involving shaved ice)

Most small appliance manuals can be found in the same cupboard where they are stored.

Please be aware that my state license prohibits me from serving any food or drinks, including salt, pepper, or pre-packaged foods. Kindly consider this when packing your belongings.

Instructions for the TV and stereo can be found in the manual on the shelf between the dining area and the family room.

The First Aid kit is in the closet in the bathroom adjacent to the event room. Please inform me if anything from the kit is used so I can replenish it.

You will receive an email before your check-in time containing the code to unlock both the front door (south side) and the side door (east side). Please note that entering through the front door provides a zero-step entrance. 

Each bedroom has two double beds and a towel ladder for drying towels. Additional towels can be found in the closet of each bathroom.

Two luggage racks are provided in each bedroom for your convenience.

KITCHEN:

  • Make sure all dishes are washed and stored away. It’s acceptable to start the dishwasher before departing.
  • Dispose of all garbage and recycling. (Trash cans are located behind the garage.)
  • Please use bags to contain garbage before placing them in the trash can. Bags can be found under the sink.
  • Take all leftover food and drinks with you. Any remaining items will need to be discarded.
  • Check the stovetop, oven, and microwave for spills and wipe them up.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

  • Remove sheets and pillowcases from beds and place them in the hampers located in the laundry room.
  • Make sure towels and sheets are separated; there are two hampers for towels and two for sheets.
  • Do not remove the mattress protector.
  • Fold the comforter and place it on a chair or bench.
  • Empty all garbage cans in the bathrooms.
  • Turn off all ceiling fans and lights.

Overall Departure Instructions:

  • Double-check that everything is turned off.
  • Remember to unplug the irons.

Steele County regulations restrict the maximum occupancy of the facility to 10 individuals.

  • Parking on the highway is prohibited.
  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the house. Please refrain from leaving cigarette butts on the ground outside.
  • The use of recreational drugs is prohibited.
  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.
